A very quick, beautiful and versatile dish that can be served with breakfast, brunch, or as a side for dinner.  If you’re a vegan / vegetarian, just leave out the bacon or add a soy alternative like sgaia.  This recipe is also divine, served crumbled with some feta cheese or with regular cheddar and finished under the grill – totally up to you.

Celeriac Soup with Garlic and Thyme Oil

This recipe is simple and beautiful. It just goes to show you don’t need a pantry full of ingredients to create something sumptuous, creamy, seasonal and delicious. Celeriac season for me is a divine gift from god, the fact the season is quite short, make it even more of a reason to celebrate.

Smooth, creamy, with a hint of spice. This risotto is an impressively sexy dish, perfect to serve when the nights are dark, but you want a little heat and sunshine in your heart.
